How can I place a wholesale order?

• To place a wholesale order you must first apply for a wholesale account on our website.

Is there a minimum wholesale order requirement?

• There is no minimum order requirement.

Do you ship internationally?

• My Kawaii ships within the United States and around the world.

How are orders shipped?

• Free Shipping for orders shipped within the continental United States.
• All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and all shipping costs for international orders and orders outside the continental United States are calculated by the weight of the order. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
• All orders are processed and shipped within two business days, unless product is not in stock and you will be notified if there is a delay.

Do you accept pre-orders?

• Do to the popularity of our products, there may be times when inventory is out of stock. We do not accept pre-orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?
